Karen, John, Paul, David and the extended Critchley family, Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your dear, mum, Pauline. I met her years ago in England and later when she came to Canada for a holiday. I remember her gentle, kind manner and the beautiful smile she always wore. She will be sorely missed.
