A long time ago, we lived for a short time in a flat near the train station in Macclesfield. I was about 5 years old, Karen 16, Paul 10 & Dave 7. It was very early Christmas morning and Mum & Dad were woken up by loud childrens voices outside in the communal gardens. Mum thought this was terrible that parents should let their children run riot like that and looked out of the window. Imagine her shock to find that it was us three boys who had already found our presents and were out playing with them!
